Creator of Body Intelligence

I translate body patterns into practical intelligence so wellness becomes something you can actually understand, personalize, and live.

I did not come to wellness by leaving everything I knew behind.

I brought it with me.

Before becoming a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I spent more than 15 years working across entrepreneurship, brand strategy, culture, creative direction, and experience design.

That work taught me to pay attention to people.

What they value.

What they choose.

What creates friction.

What makes an experience intuitive.

What makes something beautiful and meaningful enough to become a part of someone's life. Eventually, I began asking those same questions about wellness.

Why were so many intelligent people surrounded by health information and still unsure what actually applied to their bodies?

Why did wellness so often require people to live around a protocol instead of creating support around the life they already had?

And why were we being taught to chase individual symptoms instead of becoming more fluent in the patterns connecting them?

Those questions became the foundation for Body Intelligence.

Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

As a practitioner, I help individuals understand what their bodies are already communicating and translate that information into personalized nourishment, lifestyle and wellness strategies.

Body Intelligence is my approach to understanding that information. I begin with the person in front of me. Their symptoms, nourishment, digestion, energy, routines, environment, stress, recovery, goals, history, and the patterns connecting them.

The body leads. I follow the pattern.

What is missing is not more wellness information. It is application.

We are surrounded by wellness information, but people still need help understanding what that information means for their body and how to integrate it into everyday life.

Body Intelligence is about understanding that the body is communicating with us all the time.  Through energy, digestion, sleep, mood, cravings, skin, stress responses and other signs and symptoms, the body is constantly giving us information.

My work helps people reconnect those signals to the systems of the body, identify patterns and create the nutritional and lifestyle conditions that support recalibration.

Personalization begins with respecting difference. There is not one perfect way to eat, live or care for ourselves because our bodies, lifestyles, and needs are not identical. Body Intelligence is informed self-trust, not hypervigilance.

"I want functional nutrition to feel luxurious, joyful, and accessible." — Chanti

Before Body Intelligence had a name, many of its principles were already present in The Fruit Stand LA.

In 2017, I founded The Fruit Stand LA, a mobile wellness concept rooted in the intelligence and versatility of produce.

What began as cold-pressed juices and fruit- and vegetable- based offerings was always intended as something more expansive: an exploration of how the body, environment, culture and produce intersect.

The concept was designed to make functional nutrition feel elevated and accessible. The brand evolved beyond product into a broader lifestyle expression- touching consumption, experience design, and creative application.

Through this work, I partnered with world-class brands including CBS Studios, Equinox Sports Club, and D'USSÉ, building a following among individuals who value both quality and function, without compromise.

As the concept expanded, so did its depth.

The questions customers began asking about how individual ingredients and juices were supporting their bodies pushed me to deepen my own understanding of nutrition and ultimately pursue formal training in functional nutritional therapy. That evolution helped inform the thinking that would later become Body Intelligence and changed the way I wanted to work: more closely, more personally, and with greater attention to the individual behind the symptoms.

As the questions became more individualized, rigor, continued education, and scope became more important to me.

I trained as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association and later completed Harvard Medical School Executive Education's Health and Wellness: Designing a Sustainable Nutrition Plan, expanding my education in evidence-based nutrition, behavior change, and lifestyle medicine principles.

As my work expanded into private practice, so did the range of people I supported. My clientele has included athletes, entertainers, founders, and cultural leaders-individuals who value discretion, discernment, and results.

Select clients include NBA athlete Jalen Green, Grammy-nominated artist Meek Mill, Emmy Award-winning actress Sherri Shepherd, and Cedric the Entertainer.
