Wellness Disclaimer

Last Updated: August 30, 2026

The information provided through I Am Chanti, iamchanti.com, Body Intelligence services, educational content, events, digital resources, social media, and related communications is intended for educational and informational purposes.

BODY INTELLIGENCE

Body Intelligence is about understanding that the body is communicating with us all the time—through energy, digestion, sleep, mood, cravings, skin, stress responses, and other signs and symptoms.

Signs and symptoms are information; they are not diagnoses.

Information shared through I Am Chanti is intended to help individuals better understand patterns in their bodies and make more informed choices around nourishment, lifestyle, and wellness.

FUNCTIONAL NUTRITIONAL THERAPY

Chanti Randolph is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) trained through the Nutritional Therapy Association.

Nutritional Therapy focuses on supporting nutritional needs through dietary, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations. It is not designed to treat disease or medical conditions, and Nutritional Therapy recommendations should not be interpreted as medical diagnosis or prescription.

An FNTP is not a substitute for a physician or other appropriately licensed healthcare provider and does not diagnose or treat diseases or injuries or prescribe medications.

MEDICAL CARE

Nothing on this website or within general I Am Chanti educational content is intended to replace individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or care from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

Medical or pathological conditions should be managed by the appropriate healthcare provider. If you have questions regarding a medical condition, medication, treatment plan, or potential interaction between medications and supplements, consult the appropriate licensed healthcare professional or pharmacist.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek emergency medical assistance.

INDIVIDUAL RESULTS

Every individual is biologically unique.

Responses to nutrition, supplements, lifestyle practices, and wellness strategies can vary. Nutritional Therapy therefore does not guarantee any particular result or outcome.

Testimonials, personal experiences, educational examples, or discussions of wellness practices should not be interpreted as a guarantee that another individual will experience the same results.

WEBSITE AND MEDIA CONTENT

Articles, interviews, social media posts, newsletters, videos, presentations, recipes, product discussions, educational resources, and other public I Am Chanti content are general educational information.

Consuming this content does not establish a practitioner-client relationship with Chanti Randolph or I Am Chanti.

Individualized Nutritional Therapy begins only through the appropriate client process.

ACCEPTED CLIENTS

Individuals accepted into Nutritional Therapy services may be required to complete additional assessments, intake materials, health-history documentation, privacy documentation, and informed consent before individualized Nutritional Therapy begins.

The Nutritional Therapy Association disclaimer you use specifically instructs clients to read and sign the document before beginning Nutritional Therapy.

That client documentation governs the more detailed scope, responsibilities, privacy practices, and consent applicable to the individual practitioner-client relationship.

SUPPLEMENTS AND THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS

Any discussion or recommendation of supplements, foods, herbs, products, apps, services, or other wellness resources should be considered in the context of the individual.

If you take prescription or over-the-counter medications, the Nutritional Therapy Association materials specifically advise discussing potential medication–supplement interactions with a pharmacist.

References to a third-party product or resource do not constitute a guarantee that it is appropriate for every person.

PROFESSIONAL SCOPE

The FNTP credential is issued through the Nutritional Therapy Association. The NTA disclaimer also states that the credential itself is not a state professional license and advises practitioners to follow the requirements applicable where they practice.
