Use 15m after removing them from the freezer, on clean skin with an oil/serum or mask applied beforehand.
1.) Prepare lymph glands by pumping for a few seconds (at the top of the neck, just below the ears and then at the level of the collarbones)
2.) You can smooth with the back of the spoon to massage the face but also leave it on certain areas such as the eyes by applying light pressure then smooth to relax and remove pain.
The edge of the spoon can sculpt the cheekbones.
Repeat 5-10x
Rinse with soap and water after use. Dry and place back in the freezer in the protective packaging.
